Refund Policy

At The Blooming Smiles Foundation, we deeply appreciate every donation made in support of our mission to provide orthodontic care to children in need. Each contribution helps us create confident, lasting smiles — and we handle all funds with care, transparency, and integrity.

Because donations are immediately allocated to support our programs, all contributions are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that errors may occur. If you believe your donation was made by mistake or in an incorrect amount, please contact us within seven (7) days of your transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at TheBloomingSmilesFoundation@gmail.com with the following information:

• Full name

• Date and amount of donation

• Payment method (e.g., PayPal)

• Reason for refund request

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method used for the original donation.

 

Third-Party Processing

All donations are securely processed through PayPal, and their terms and conditions also apply to your transaction. We encourage donors to review PayPal’s Refund Policy for additional information.
